Sappleap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the courier. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the delivery service if your package is missing.

8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the packaging and damaged items. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
